?GULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 18.1984 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.M. and the following present: session in the Mayor Meier persons were COUNCILMEMBERS: Michael Cussen, John Leary, Betty Johnson Herman Fauson, Susan Morris, and Rick Luce ALSO PRESENT: John Rupp, Acting City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer August Hioco, Director of Community Services Ken Huson, Engineer Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Mark Wahman, Police Lt. Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. ~BLIC COMMENTS: _atrick Fitzgerald Mr. Fitzgerald stated that he_was with Alpine 1840 Commerce St. Water Service and at the last time he Boulder, Colorado was before Council they asked that he Bulk Water Permit return after September 1st to request that his bulk water permit be put back into use again. Mayor Meier inquired of Mr. Fitzgerald if he had been receiving water from the City of Broomfield. His reply was just on two special occasions when they had jobs in Northglenn. Authorization Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that Alpine Water Service bulk water pemit be reinstated. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. DOUBLE HAPPY RESTAURANT Councilmembers had a copy of the appli- BEER/WINE LICENSE APPLI- cation and other pertinent information. CATION - PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Meier opened the public hearing. Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper publication of the public hearing and proper posting of the property. He had reviewed the application and found it to be in order. Applicant presentation - none.
