They are adding
the addition to the backyard. His wife, Anita Fromm, has medical problems with her knees,
shins, and ankles causing a difficult time to go up and down the stairs. They have been living in
this home for two years and have decided that with Anita's medical problems, they need to
expand out instead of up. There are functional issues with the home's layout such as the
bedroom is too narrow and the ceiling is slanted in the bedroom. Fromm mentioned that there
addition is not going to become two stories, and that on the south side, the addition will be
pushing back ten feet from existing structure.
Commission Questions of Applicant:
DeJong asked if there was any tree work being done.
