Louisville City Council Meeting <br />June 15, 2004 <br />Page 10 of 10 <br /> <br />assist the Louisville Housing Authority in assessing the cost of maintenance of each <br />property. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reminded Council of the June 30, 2004 citywide Comprehensive <br />Development Plan Open House at the Recreation Center, beginning at 5:30 p.m. <br />Planning Director Paul Wood stated the meeting would be videotaped and played on the <br />City's government channel. <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager for Governmental Relations, Heather Balser reported on the <br />citizen survey. She stated 910 completed surveys have been received, out of the 2,000 <br />sent out. NRC anticipates that 1,000 surveys will be returned by the end of this week. A <br />compilation draft is expected by July 1, with the final analysis by the end of July. She <br />also reported on a Northwest Corridor meeting, and stated that individual meetings with <br />individual municipalities will be conducted on the Northwest Corridor as well as the <br />alternatives. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on a TMO meeting. <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons reported the progress on planning for the new library, and stated <br />it is currently in the design phase. Staff met on June 15th with the design team and <br />discussed several items including the site layout and elevation of the building. Deputy <br />City Manager Julie Boyd noted there are several utility boxes on the site that would have <br />to be relocated.
