She distributed highlighted copies of the Pickett and Savage <br />Annexation Agreements to the members of Council. She voiced her concern over the use <br />of the street improvements by neighbors without payment of the recovery fee. She stated <br />the Pickett and the Savage families received special consideration from the City. She <br />requested payment on the street recovery fee for the two Pickett properties, the Savage <br />property and the City's portion. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Council member Levihn reported on the meeting with the Town of Superior relative to <br />the IGA for the McCaslin Boulevard. He stated the meeting was very productive. <br /> <br />Council member Keany announced the first Street Faire of the year will take place on <br />Friday, June 18, 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reminded Council of the Fourth of July celebration. He reported on the <br />success of the Taste of Louisville celebration, which was held on Saturday, June 12th. <br />He thanked City employees Meredyth Muth and Belinda Goebel for representing the City <br />at the Taste of Louisville, and the Louisville Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring the <br />event. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br /> 2003 AUDIT & MANAGEMENT LETTER <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br /> <br />
