Expectations of Board members and Professional Conduct — Mandy explained
the meeting rules and the attendance policy. Board members should not have more
than two excused absences, and they must notify liaisons at least one day in advance if
possible if they can't make it to a meeting. During meetings, members must strive to be
good listeners, to raise their hands before speaking, and never to pick on local
businesses.
Liaisons also discussed the importance of professional behavior, as YAB members are
representatives of the city of Louisville. The rules of open government were explained,
City of Louisville
Recreation Center 900 West Via Appia Louisville CO 80027
303.335.4902 (phone) 303.335.4959 (fax) www. ci.louisville. co. us
