He thanked the Mayor and City Council for their financial support. <br />He recognized the assistant coaches, Gary Sloan and Dave Bannon and introduced the <br />members of the team. He presented Council with a plaque and the Louisville Pirates <br />team distributed team pins to the members of Council. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />2004 CITIZEN'S SURVEY RESULTS <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Keany requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager for Governmental Relations Heather Balser reported on the 2004 <br />Citizen's Survey. She introduced two representatives from National Research Center, <br />Inc. (NRC), who conducted the survey. <br /> <br />National Research Center representatives Shannon Hayden, and Rachel Cooper explained <br />the methods implemented in the 2004 Citizen Survey. Hayden noted 2,000 randomly <br />selected households in Louisville were sent surveys. Various questions were asked <br />relative to the quality of life and evaluation of City services. Hayden reviewed the <br />categories within the survey and the overall results. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tern Keany noted the results of the survey are posted on the City's Web Site, <br />and also at the Louisville Library. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35, SERIES 2004 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE CITY-COUNTY CONSERVATION EASEMENT OVER <br />THE WAREMBOURG PARCEL 2 PROPERTY, TO RELEASE A 3.97-ACRE <br />PORTION OF SUCH PROPERTY FROM SUCH CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Keany requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br /> <br />
