I uisville cultural „ .w Louisville SAMPLE --Public Notice of Proposed Public Art Placement --SAMPLE Artwork Description The City of Louisville is seeking public input on a sculpture to be installed on the existing sculpture pad in the Community Park Sculpture Garden located at the northeast corner of 955 Bella Vista Dr., Louisville, CO. Artist: Rosalind Cook Title of Artwork: "Melody" Type of Artwork: Bronze Size: 37 inches tall, life size The anticipated life span of the artwork is _ years. Anticipated maintenance paid by the City includes cleaning and sealing of the piece at a present cost of $ every years. Artist owns the rights to the design and will have right of first refusal of sculpture if removed from the site.
