Council may also have ideas around areas that <br />could be scaled back in the plan. <br />Other feedback suggested that the timeline may need to be extended beyond the <br />originally planned one-year period, in order to allow for full community involvement and <br />ensure adequate time for the input and approvals we would seek from Council <br />throughout the process. <br />Given this, staff would like Council thoughts on the draft scope of work as well as the <br />possibility of a range of funding in the RFP, with a request for respondents to provide <br />details around what they could and could not provide within that range, and extending <br />the timeframe in the Scope of Work to closer to 18 months. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: $125,000 was added to the 2018 budget for the Transportation <br />Master Plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION: DISCUSSION <br />ATTACHMENT(S): <br />1.
