Init. <br />Amendment shall commence upon approval and execution of the Amendment. <br />D. The Agreement stipulates that direct payments made by General Contractor to Subcontractors based on <br />their Subcontract(s) are a reimbursable Cost of Work under the Agreement. Pursuant to this paragraph, <br />Construction Manager shall submit Applications for Payment for the Subcontractors' costs, plus <br />Construction Manager's Fee thereon, to Owner as required under the Agreement as Work on this <br />Amendment #02 progresses. <br />E.
