Items of discussion will include <br />issues with the citizen's access channel and the renewal of the franchise agreement. He <br />also addressed Governor Owens' announcement to oppose Fastracks. <br /> <br />Council member Brown reported on a YMCA meeting addressing health issues. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF JANICE CHRISTIE & BILL JOHNSON <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk recognized Janice Christie and Bill Johnson who retired from the Boulder <br />Valley School District at the end of the 2003/2004 school year. Ms. Christie was the <br />principal at Louisville Middle School and Dr. Johnson was the principal at Monarch High <br />School. Mayor Sisk presented both Christie and Johnson with plaques recognizing their <br />service to the community. <br /> <br />Ms. Christie voiced her appreciation for the honor and stated she would treasure her time <br />spent in Louisville. <br /> <br /> <br />
