Louisville City Council Meeting <br />September 21, 2004 <br />Page 2 of 11 <br /> <br />Do <br /> <br />Resolution No. 41, Series 2004 -A Resolution Approving the Third <br />Interim Agreement Between the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District Windy Gap Firming Project <br />Water Activity Enterprise and the City of Louisville for Participation in <br />the Windy Gap Firming Project <br />Resolution No. 42, Series 2004 -A Resolution Approving a Final <br />Subdivision Plat for 2 Lot Single-Family Residential Subdivision, <br />Levihn Addition <br />Approval of Request from Boulder Valley School District for Use of <br />School Improvement Fee Monies to Provide Outdoor Lunch Tables and <br />Seating for Monarch High School <br />Approval of Appointment to Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons announced the meeting will be recorded on both VHS and DVD. <br /> <br />Council member Brown arrived at the meeting at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk announced a meeting with Comcast Cable Television scheduled for 8:45 <br />a.m., Monday September 17, at the Louisville City Hall. Items of discussion will include <br />issues with the citizen's access channel and the renewal of the franchise agreement. He <br />also addressed Governor Owens' announcement to oppose Fastracks. <br /> <br />Council member Brown reported on a YMCA meeting addressing health issues. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF JANICE CHRISTIE & BILL JOHNSON <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk recognized Janice Christie and Bill Johnson who retired from the Boulder <br />Valley School District at the end of the 2003/2004 school year. Ms. Christie was the <br />principal at Louisville Middle School and Dr. Johnson was the principal at Monarch High <br />School. Mayor Sisk presented both Christie and Johnson with plaques recognizing their <br />service to the community. <br /> <br />Ms. Christie voiced her appreciation for the honor and stated she would treasure her time <br />spent in Louisville. <br /> <br /> <br />
