The <br />District elected to contract with Pridemark Paramedic Services. Mayor Sisk reported <br />contacting Pridemark Paramedics and was satisfied with the transition and the coverage <br />Louisville would be receiving. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Schick reported the Fire Department is satisfied with the contract with <br />Pridemark and the transition. He explained the contract provides that the response time <br />will be within seven minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk addressed the election, and noted the home rule charter amendments were <br />adopted by the voters. He stressed the importance of implementing those amendments as <br />soon as possible. He directed Staff to develop a plan for the implementation of the <br />charter amendments and present the plan at a City Council meeting. He suggested <br />Council study sessions be conducted in Council Chambers and be televised and requested <br />Planning Commission Meetings be moved to Mondays. <br /> <br />Council member Van Pelt concurred with conducting study sessions in Council <br />Chambers on Tuesday evenings. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the passage of FasTracks and stressed its importance to <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />Council member Marsella thanked the voters for passing FasTracks. She stated the entire <br />Metro area was in favor of FasTracks. <br /> <br /> <br />
