The restaurant, <br />Teocali Cocina Tequileria, is looking to open in the former Blockbuster Video space <br />along South Boulder Road. <br />The proposed business assistance includes partial rebates of the building permit fees, <br />construction use taxes, and incremental retail sales tax revenues for expanding the <br />31 <br />
