Historic Preservation Commission & Historical Commission <br />Meeting Summary <br />June 28, 2017 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />reasons for a proposal to physically connect the new building to the existing Jacoe Store <br />building and ideas to increase the awareness and usage of the overall Museum campus through <br />the building design and orientation. <br />Discussion by members of the two Commissions: <br />Members of the Historic Preservation Commission and Historical Commission discussed <br />aspects of the interior and exterior conceptual designs that were presented, asked questions, <br />and gave input to the architects. Members of the public who were present also asked questions <br />and made public comments. <br />Historical Commission Chairperson Dan Mellish made a concluding statement and attendees <br />were thanked. <br />Adjourn 8:40 pm. <br />
