Hecla Drive <br />Lipton called for any changes to the consent agenda. Machado moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Watson seconded. All in favor. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Show Cause Hearing — Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's <br />Bar & Grill — Tavern Liquor License — 935 Pine St. — 10/2/17 <br />Incident <br />Chairperson Lipton called the item. Adam Gollin, Special Prosecutor for the <br />Authority and Erik Johnson, attorney for Henry's, introduced themselves to <br />the Authority and reported they have reached a stipulation and agreement for <br />the Authority's consideration. <br />Mr. Gollin reviewed the facts of the case as noted in the police report. He <br />noted there had been show cause hearings in May of this year resulting in <br />service of 10 days of suspension for this licensee and four days held in <br />abeyance. The agreement in the current case is the licensee will admit guilt <br />to the violation of serving to a visibly intoxicated person. There will be a 14 <br />day suspension with 7 days held in abeyance. The 7 days to be served will <br />be served consecutively to the 4 days already in abeyance resulting in a <br />suspension of 11 days total to serve and 7 days remaining in abeyance. <br />Chairperson Lipton wondered if the licensee was learning from his <br />suspensions. Mr. Johnson noted the licensee had experienced some health <br />
