Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Allison Johanson. <br />Minutes taken by Jamie Bartlett. <br />a. Approval of Current Meeting's Agenda: Approved current agenda with no <br />changes. <br />c. Approval of October 19, 2017 Meeting Minutes: Meeting -minutes approved with <br />no changes. <br />d. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />Mary Ann — Update from planning on Bee Hive. Need a rep for December 19th Council <br />Session. <br />e. Jay's Minute: No Update. <br />f. Dave's Minute: No update. <br />g. Erika's Minute: <br />PiE update — letter of support for Xcel Co Energy plan did pass, mayor signed <br />and send to PUC. Dave and Erika attended PiE luncheon for various communities to <br />get together and update/share ideas. Dec 6th is PiE event — builder Owners' <br />association meeting. <br />Community outreach — Solar session went well. Just under 100 people came <br />(about 40 from Louisville) gave away 5 energy audits to Louisville residents. <br />Commute Options — Transportation solutions. Only had about 6 people attended. <br />Can see video link on city website. Next is Nov 29th, this one is on water <br />management and conservation. Rachio give away. <br />Green Business — working a lot with LES. They took a tour of Huckleberry, <br />Bittersweet and Sweet Cow.
