event would probably cover the cost of the City purchase of the winning art. The winner <br />will be determined by Citizen vote as per request of the City. The current goal is to unveil <br />the art at he time of the first concert in the park in summer 2009. <br />XVII -Grants <br />Don Atwood warned that someone should start working on the 2008 report to SCFD. He <br />will help but feels the expertise and torch should be passed on. Susan McNamara <br />volunteered to take on the task. Don will send her a pdf file of last year's report, pointing <br />out that it was somewhat easier last year given Tara's accounting (as compared to the <br />nightmares Wendy Phillip faced in 2005 and 2006), and that it should be even easier this <br />year given the great Events Reports we have received. <br />XVIII - Maryan Jaross moved the meeting be adjourned, Andy Langford seconded. <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:26 PM. <br />
