<br />II' <br /> <br /> <br />~DI <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Study Session Summary <br />September 23, 2008 <br />Library Meeting Room <br />951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a study session at 7:00 p.m. in <br />Louisville Library 151 Floor Meeting Room, 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, <br />Colorado. The following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Chuck Sisk <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Sheri Marsella <br />Dave Clabots <br />Hank Dalton <br />Ron Sackett <br />Frost Yarnell <br /> <br />City Council Absent: <br /> <br />Bob Muckle <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Heather Balser, Assistant City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Deborah Borelli, Executive Assistant to City <br />Manager <br /> <br />1. Call to Order - Mayor Charles Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> <br />2. Update/Discussion - Citywide Comprehensive Plan <br />Mayor Sisk explained that this was an update on the City Comprehensive Plan and <br />that it had not been finalized by the Planning Commission. The Mayor then gave <br />Planning Director Paul Wood the floor. <br /> <br />Director Wood gave a brief history of the City Comprehensive Plan and the scope of <br />the current revision. Director Wood stated that they were now moving out of the <br />public involvement phase of the process and that the Plan had been brought before <br />the Planning Commission on two occasions and would be on the Agenda for this <br />Thursday's Planning Commission Meeting.
