Louisville Local Licensing Authority Meeting Date: April 28, 2003 Page 2 of 6 CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order. Ao Renewal Application - Silco Oil Co., d/b/a Barn Store #21 - 3.2% Beer Liquor License (off premises) - 947 Pine Street. Renewal Application -White Lodging Services Corp./Rl-Lou, LLC, d/b/a Residence Inn by Marriott/Louisville - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 845 Coal Creek Cr. Renewal Application - 7-Eleven Inc., d/b/a 7-Eleven Store #27728 - 3.2% Beer Liquor License (off premises) - 300 S. McCaslin Blvd. D° Renewal Application - Double Happy Restaurant- Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 740 Main Street. Report of Changes - 7-Eleven, Inc., d/b/a 7-Eleven Store #27728 - 3.2 % Beer Liquor License (off premises) - 300 S. McCaslin Blvd. Member Wilson moved to approve the consent agenda. Member Mulvahill seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, Wilson- yes. All members were in favor, motion carried. AUTHORITY BUSINESS Renewal Application - Byung U. Min, d/b/a Little Tokyo - Beer & Wine Liquor License- 332 McCaslin Blvd. Penney Bolte, Sales Tax Coordinator for the City of Louisville, was sworn in. She explained Mr. Min, owner of Little Tokyo, came into her office at 5:30 p.m. this afternoon and presented her with guaranteed funds to cover filing periods 7/02 - 2/03. Additionally, Mr. Min gave Ms. Bolte a business check to cover the March 2003 filing period and an outstanding penalty fee. There is a tax lien on Mr. Min's property, which the Finance Department intends on filing a release notice on with the Boulder County Clerk's Office within five business days.
