Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: April 28, 2003 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and <br />the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the <br />Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests <br />that such item be considered under "Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Calendar" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order <br />appearing on the Agenda. McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Member Wilson moved to approve the consent agenda. Member Mulvahill seconded <br />the motion. Roll Call Vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, Wilson- <br />yes. All members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Byung U. Min, d/b/a Little Tokyo - Beer & Wine Liquor <br />License- 332 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Penney Bolte, Sales Tax Coordinator for the City of Louisville, was sworn in. <br />She explained Mr. Min, owner of Little Tokyo, came into her office at 5:30 p.m. <br />this afternoon and presented her with guaranteed funds to cover filing periods <br />7/02 - 2/03. Additionally, Mr. Min gave Ms. Bolte a business check to cover the <br />March 2003 filing period and an outstanding penalty fee. There is a tax lien on <br />Mr. Min's property, which the Finance Department intends on filing a release <br />notice on with the Boulder County Clerk's Office within five business days.
