Meetings. <br />Sec. 2.02.010 — City Council. <br />A The City Council shall be the governing body of the City, and shall <br />be responsible for exercising all powers and responsibilities not conferred by the <br />Charter on others All powers and responsibilities shall be exercised in the manner <br />prescribed by the Charter or, if not provided for in the Charter, the manner <br />provided by ordinance <br />B The City Council shall consist of six (6) Councilmembers and the <br />Mayor.
