CaII to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Mark Persichetti. <br />Minutes taken by Dan Delahunty. <br />a. Approval of Current Meeting's Agenda: Apye re agenda with no <br />changes. <br />c. Approval of November 15, 2017 Meeting : Meeting -minutes approved with <br />no changes. <br />d. On Friday 1/19 o oon to two the City Council is going through the <br />2018 workpla T e ing will include the solid waste hauler contract <br />whic in . e of 2019. A RFP will be issued for the new <br />con ct in 20 8. council will discuss whether the HOA, commercial, <br />and ulti-fam buildings to provide recycling and compost to their clients. <br />The .t co ittee, a sub -commission, may or may -not make a <br />recom ion to council. Jay Keany, council member, wanted to pass a <br />message that RETrack was still on the table. <br />ii. On Tuesday, the city council started the budget process. Council feels that <br />the 2-year budget was successful and they plan on preparing a two-year <br />budget for the 2019-2020 cycle. <br />iii. The topic of bee -hives is in front of the council. <br />iv.
