Election of Officers <br />Lipton nominated John Carlson for Chairperson for 2018. Watson seconded. All <br />in favor. <br />Lipton nominated Matt Machado for Vice -Chairperson for 2018. Watson <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />John Carlson will serve as Chair for 2018 and Matt Machado as Vice -Chair. <br />Carlson took over as Chair. <br />B. Show Cause Hearing — Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & <br />Grill — Tavern Liquor License — 935 Pine St. — 11/22/17 Incident <br />Special Prosecutor Adam GoIlin and Counsel for the Licensee, Erik Johnson <br />introduced themselves. <br />Mr. GoIlin said the licensee was going to admit to the violation noted in the show <br />cause order, but both attorneys wished to present mitigating and aggravating <br />
