He suggested viewing the police body cam <br />footage from the evening in question. <br />Chairperson Carlson opened the show cause hearing. <br />Mr. Johnson noted he was in general agreement with the previous statement by <br />the prosecutor. He reported Mr. Yen takes responsibility for what goes on at the <br />establishment and although Mr. Yen did not see alcohol leave the premises, the <br />officers did. He felt part B of the show cause hearing notice concerning conduct <br />of the establishment was not part of the admission of guilt. He asked the <br />Authority view the police body camera video. <br />The Authority viewed the body cam videos. <br />Mr. GoIlin asked the body cam footage be entered as Exhibit 1 and made a part <br />of the record. Mr. Johnson had no objections. <br />Mr. GoIlin called Officer Romano to the stand. Officer Romano took the oath, <br />noted he is a Louisville police officer and he was doing a bar check at Henry's <br />Bar and Grill on November 22, 2017. The body cam footage viewed was from <br />his body cam that evening. He observed a patron outside the establishment with <br />a glass he believed contained alcohol. When he went inside, he felt the <br />establishment was over -occupied. He and Officer Murlowski spoke to Mr. Yen <br />concerning the alcohol taken outside and the occupancy inside. He said he <br />observed two patrons with what he believed to be alcohol outside the <br />establishment. Mr. GoIlin asked if there were signs posted at the doors stating <br />no alcohol beyond this point and Officer Romano said yes. <br />Mr. Johnson complimented Officer Romano for his professionalism during this <br />incident. Mr. Johnson asked Officer Romano if anyone from the police <br />department had checked in with Mr. Yen and alerted him to the possibility of a <br />crowd on the evening in question. Officer Romano said not to his knowledge. <br />Mr. Johnson asked if there was actual count of the patrons. Officer Romano said <br />there was not. Mr. Johnson asked about the boundaries of the premises. Mr. <br />Johnson asked if the atmosphere in the bar was relatively calm that evening. <br />Officer Romano said yes. Mr. Johnson asked if Mr. Yen after speaking with <br />officers did a walk around the building, poured out beer he found outside, called <br />last call and closed the bar early. He noted he is <br />an officer with the Louisville Police Department. He noted when he arrived at <br />Henry's on the night in question, he saw a person outside with what he believed <br />
