Renewal Application - Blue Parrot Inc., d/b/a Blue Parrot Cafb - Hotel & <br /> Restaurant Liquor License - 640 Main St. <br /> <br />Lipton called for any changes to the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Wilson moved the Consent Agenda be approved. Paige seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Lipton-yes, Paige-yes, Kimmett-yes, Mulvahill-yes and Wilson-yes. Koertje absent. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Findings and Order- Henry's Bar & Grill - Tavern Liquor License - 935 Pine <br /> Street. <br /> <br />The Authority members entered into a discussion of the two days that Henry's should <br />serve the suspension. The owner of Henry's had requested that he close the <br />establishment on the two days following Christmas. Discussion by the Authority <br />members concluded those days were not appropriate and settled on the closure <br />occurring on Friday, December 19, 2003 at 12:01 A.M. through Saturday, December 20, <br />2003 at midnight. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Authority approve the finding and order with the closure dates as <br />determined. Lipton seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Wilson -yes, Lipton -yes, <br />Paige -yes, Mulvahill -yes, Kimmett - yes. Motion carried. Koertje absent. <br /> <br />B. Liquor License Transfer- Louisville Liquors, LLC - Retail Liquor Store <br /> License - 1140 Pine Street, Ste. 1. <br /> <br />Chairperson Lipton called for Authority questions on the transfer application. <br /> <br />City Clerk Varra and Deputy City Clerk Hanson reported the fingerprint report for Lisa <br />Sandoval had been returned and showed no incidents, the changes had been made on <br />the personal histories and a letter had been received from the lender that certified that <br />he had no interest in the liquor license. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Liquor License Transfer for Louisville Liquor, LLC be approved. <br />Wilson seconded. Roll call vote: Wilson-yes, Lipton-yes, Paige-yes, Mulvahill-yes, <br />Kimmett-yes. Motion carried.
