In particular, this may be useful in
reviewing new class offerings with the seasonal schedule changes
and especially as offerings are expanded in the enlarged facility.
o The golf course has used ongoing survey cards with success to
identify issues and take corrective actions. Currently the Rec
Center has comment cards available at the front desk. The board
recommended that staff have comment cards available in all
departments, similar to what the golf course is doing.
• Construction and FF&E Update
o Fixtures, furniture and equipment.
o Julie Seydel walked the board through the FF&E package included
in the meeting packet. City Council will be asked to approve this
package at the June 5th City Council Meeting.
o There are contingency funds available to complete FF&E build out
needs beyond the approved package, and slated packages, as well
as CIP funds in 2019.
• Joe Stevens introduced an idea for a Topping Out Ceremony.
