Incident Reports - Druid Arms (03/06/02) <br /> <br />Officer Lanphere stated that no investigation was conducted regarding either <br />Druids Arms or Old Louisville Inn (another establishment involved). <br /> <br />The Authority Members came to the conclusion that there was not probable <br />cause to believe any liquor violations occurred. Officer Lanphere offered to <br />follow up with the officer providing the information for the incident report. The <br />Authority thought it would be helpful to have additional information to review. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Schmidt stated that thero were two different liquor training programs <br />coming up that Authority members may want to attend. She also provided copies of this <br />months' Liquor Lore and updated copies of the Authority directory. Vice Chairperson <br />Koertje wanted to make sure that the directory was not posted on the City's website. <br />Deputy City Clerk Schmidt stated that the information in the directory was for internal <br />purposes only. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Attorney Harrington revised the Authority's Rules of Procedure to require that all <br />suspensions be served within thirty days of imposition. She also asked if there were <br />any other revisions that needed to be made. <br /> <br />Member Sackett posed a question regarding requests to pay fine in lieu of suspension <br />on a case-by-case basis. Attorney Harrington stated that City Council has not yet taken <br />any action on the ordinance that was reviewed by the Authority. <br /> <br />Member Sackett made a motion to approve the revised Rules of Procedure. Member <br />Paige seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Sackett-yes, <br />Paige-yes. All members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Koertje asked if the licensees would receive the revised Rules of <br />Procedure. Deputy City Clerk Schmidt stated that she would include the new <br />information in the next Liquor Lore edition.
