Roll Call <br />Vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, Wilson-yes. All <br />members were in favor motion carried. <br /> <br />The Authority had various questions regarding the application. Attorney Kathleen <br />Harrington stated that these issues should be addressed at the public hearing. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />A. Incident Report - Old Louisville Inn (03/24/02) <br /> <br />The Authority asked Detective Christi Gordanier if the bartender involved in this <br />incident was cited for serving an intoxicated person. Detective Gordanier stated <br />that no citation was issued. The Authority thought there was not enough <br />evidence to go forward with a Show Cause Order but were concerned that a <br />visibly intoxicated person was served alcohol and perhaps the bartender on duty <br />had not had sufficient training. The Authority decided to draft a letter to Garrett <br />McCarthy, owner of Old Louisville Inn, regarding this matter and asked that he <br />respond in writing or in person at the next meeting. <br /> <br />B. Incident Report - Incident Report - Old Louisville Inn (04/20/02) <br /> <br />Detective Gordanier stated that Druids Arms was also involved in this incident, as <br />well as several other establishments. The Authority felt there was not sufficient <br />evidence to take any action on this matter. <br /> <br />C. Incident Report - Karen's in the Country (04/07/02) <br /> <br />The Authority determined no liquor violations had occurred. The incident <br />involved theft of liquor items. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />A. Revised Authority Rules of Procedure <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Moniece Schmidt provided the Authority with updated copies of <br />the Rules of Procedure, reflecting recent amendments. <br /> <br />B. Downtown Business Association's Annual Membership Social and Silent Auction <br /> <br />C.
