17.0 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; WORK BY ILLEGAL ALIENS PROHIBITED 17.1 Consultant shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the ordinances, resolutions, rules, and regulations of the LRC; for payment of all applicable taxes; and obtaining and keeping in force all applicable permits and approvals. 17.2 Exhibit A, the "City of Louisville Public Services Contract Addendum -Prohibition Against Employing Illegal Aliens", is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as the LRC follows the similar rule. There is also attached hereto a copy of Consultant's Pre -Contract Certification which Consultant has executed and delivered to the LRC prior to Consultant's execution of this Agreement. 18.0 INTEGRATION AND AMENDMENT This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the parties and there are no oral or collateral agreements or understandings.
