The ground snow load shall be 30 pounds per square foot. <br />Sec. 15.04.100. Section 1806.1 amended --Footings; general. <br />Item 1 of Section 1809.5 of the 2012 International Building Code shall read as <br />follows: <br />1. Extending 36 inches below finished grade; <br />Sec. 15.04.120. Copies available. <br />At least one copy of the International Building Code and one copy of each <br />secondary code pertaining thereto, as amended herein, all certified to be true and <br />accurate, shall be available for public inspection at the office of the Building Safety <br />Division between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />holidays excepted. The Building Safety Division shall at all times maintain a reasonable <br />supply of copies of the code available for purchase by the public at a moderate price. <br />Sec. 15.04.130. Violations and penalties. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, <br />enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy <br />or maintain any building or structure or cause or permit the work to be done, in violation <br />of the provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code or standards adopted and <br />incorporated in this chapter. Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this <br />chapter or of the provisions of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this <br />chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 15.04.140. Fireplace installation. <br />1111 <br />A. Any new or remodeled fireplace to be installed or constructed in any dwelling in the <br />city shall be one of the following: <br />1. A gas appliance; <br />2. An electric device; or <br />3. A fireplace or fireplace insert that meets the most stringent emissions <br />standards for wood stoves established by the C.R.S. Title 25 Article 7 Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment Air Quality Control Commission <br />Regulation or any other clean burning device that is approved by the Air Quality <br />Control Commission Regulation. <br />
