In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Calendar" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order <br />appearing on the Agenda. Roll Call Vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Sackett-yes, Paige-yes. <br />All members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Transfer of Ownership, T. Pham Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Brass Monkey Wine & <br />Spirits - Retail Liquor Store License - 1387 A South Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />Bob Magin, a transaction broker, spoke on behalf of T. Pham Enterprises, Inc. <br /> <br />Member Wilson had a question about relatives that had financial interest in the <br />liquor industry. Mr. Magin pointed out that no relatives have financial interest in <br />the liquor industry but work in the industry.
