The site is generally configured in the same manner as the <br />existing PUD, with a building on each lot, associated site landscaping, parking, drainage <br />and utilities. The PUD will allow construction of two buildings, one on each lot. The <br />previous PUD did not review the site coverage requirements by lot, rather as a whole. <br />This PUD Amendment breaks out the coverages by lot, and if viewed separately, the <br />application would not meet some standards in the IDDSG, specifically parking and <br />landscape coverage requirements. More detail and staff's analysis of the waiver <br />requests is provided in the analysis section below.
