It is expected that many of these roles can be <br />consolidated. <br />• The board discussed the challenging labor market and brainstormed <br />ideas for attracting qualified candidates. There was also discussion <br />regarding the inefficiencies of having staff that work just a few hours <br />per week versus more full- or half-time positions. <br />
