Create pay sheets for each position used to review and <br />analyze. <br />Benefits comparisons as well with labor market cities <br />Merit increases research with labor market cities <br />4 <br />Pay Plan: Includes data analysis of our labor market while keeping our pay <br />philosophy in mind. Come up with Pay Ranges for all positions.
