The <br />Fair Campaign Practices Act provides that the City may pass a resolution or take a <br />position of advocacy on ballot issues appearing on the City ballot. Based on Council <br />direction, staff will prepare for a future meeting one or more resolutions reflecting the <br />positions desired to be taken. If there are any other ballot issues that City Council would <br />like to consider for a positon of support or opposition not mentioned here, please direct <br />staff to bring further information and/or a resolution at a future meeting. <br />ATTACHMENT(S): <br />1.
