Introductions/Appointments. The only board member not present was Eric Hartronft. <br /> Staff and board members were introduced. <br /> 3 Election of Officers. Gilles Schurman elected Chairman by unanimous vote. Greg <br /> Culhson elected as Vice Chairman by unanimous vote. <br /> 4 Review of Authority of Board of Appeals. <br /> Q Giles Schurman-Is it necessary to have a meeting every month. <br /> A. Tom Talboom-No I would just like to schedule for a particular day of the month in the <br /> Council Room appointment book. I think that once we get through the training sessions <br /> we would be looking at only one or two meetings a year, other than any appeal hearings. <br /> The board selected the third Thursday of every month at 7 00 p.m. as the standard <br /> meeting time by unanimous vote. <br /> 1 <br />
