Call to Order <br />Laura called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: Helen Moshak, Laura Scott Denton, Missy Davis, Mike <br />Schantz, Fiona Garvin <br />Board Members Absent: Jim Gibb, David Blankenship, Peter Gowen <br />City Council Members Present: Jeff Lipton <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull, Tracy Winfree <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Missy requested that we remove Agenda Item 10b (Finalize Draft Memo "Guidelines for <br />Successful Development Review with the Louisville Open Space Advisory Board" as she <br />has not yet performed the document revisions discussed at the past meeting. <br />Mike moved to approve the agenda with the aforementioned change(s). Laura <br />seconded. The motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Laura moved to approve the minutes as written. Missy seconded. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />5. Staff Updates— Ember <br />A. Thurs 9/13/2018: 2nd interviews for maintenance position will be held; there are <br />3 candidates <br />B. Municipal code discussion to take place at Legal Committee on September 27. <br />C. Encroachment Campaign: Ward 1 compliance in progress; Ward 2 compliance <br />letters have been sent out (number of encroachment issues in Ward 2 is <br />approximately double of what was seen in Ward 1). <br />D. Poo Crew at Davidson Mesa Dog Off -Leash Area: 55 people attended last <br />Saturday, many of whom were there with dogs anyway. <br />E. Ranger bike and foot patrols have started, and are planned to increase.
