Roll Call: PPLAB members present: Shelly Alm, Laurie <br />Harford, Mark Newland, Ezra Paddock,Ellen Toon. Staff <br />Liaison: Dean Johnson. Public: Brett Duryea <br />II. Approval of Agenda: Unanimously approved. <br />III. Approval of Minutes: Unanimously approved. <br />IV. Staff Updates: Dean discussed potential CIP approvals <br />that could be on upcoming agendas. The median concept <br />design project is wrapping up. <br />V. Board Updates: none <br />VI. Public comments on Items Not on the Agenda: The <br />Board read a letter from William & Laura Scherer <br />regarding Wildwinds pocket park and the aging amenities <br />and landscape. They would like to see council allocate a <br />budget for parks improvement in the upcoming 2 year <br />financial plan. The Board read a letter from Fil Bagwadia <br />regarding the unsightly roundabout in West Sycamore Ct. <br />In addition, safety concerns were noted in relation to <br />overgrown landscape and visibility for children/cars. Brett <br />Duryea presented improvements he would like to see at <br />Hammer Run Park as well as many other suggestions for <br />multiple recreational areas in the City. <br />VII.
