City <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Youth Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 4, 2018 <br />LOUISVILLE RECREATION & SENIOR CENTER <br />951 SPRUCE ST. <br />6:30 pm <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Kaylix McClure called the meeting to order at about <br />6:35. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Bruce Armstrong, Teddy Hart, Kaylix McClure, <br />Riley Miller, Addison Nakari, Brooke Newell, Kaelan Norgard, Lincoln <br />Roch, Sophie Russ <br />Board Members Absent: Logan Pius, Kendall Weideman <br />Staff Members Present: Mandy Perera, Jessica Schwartz <br />Approval of Agenda — The agenda was approved by all members. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — The minutes from the 9/6/2018 meeting were <br />approved as written <br />Public Comments - None <br />Information about transportation and RTD's Call-n-Ride service - Audrey <br />DeBarros from Commuting Solutions visited the board to present about public <br />transportation and the RTD call -and -ride service. She talked about how anyone <br />can use the call -and -ride though simply arranging a trip in advance either online <br />or by calling, as well as the different opportunities for public transportation <br />available to students for transportation to and from school. With all the traffic <br />during the beginning and end of school, there is a need for alternate <br />transportation to help with rush hour.
