Randy Luallin Ownership, 1987-2016
After a brief period of ownership by Edward and Ruth Wilson in 1987, Randy Luallin purchased
the property that same year and owned it until 2016. According to a few sources, he built an
addition around the original house, encapsulating it and enlarging it. Randy Luallin, on his
website, describes himself as a master mason with over 30 years' experience working with
brick, block, and stone. His business is called Luallin Masonry. A photo of the house at 301 East
appears on his website as an example of his workmanship. His website states that he moved to
Colorado with his family in 1962 and that he graduated from Fairview High School in 1975.
Current Owner
The current owner of record, as of 2016, is Michael Eisenstein.
The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census
records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, obituary
records, and historical photographs from the collection of the Louisville Historical Museum.
4
