Later Owners In 1984, Ronald Stoker and Carol Lee Balschke, who were the grandchildren of John and Nellie Stoker, sold 1309 Grant to Bryan T. Yamauchi. In 1984, he transferred ownership of the property to Karen Ann Swift, who in 1985 transferred ownership back to him. Directories show that Bryan Yamauchi lived in the house in 1984-85. In 1985, Yamauchi sold the house to Gerald and Barbara and Ruth Seigal. Directories from 1988-89 and 1990 show that Ruth Seigal resided at 1309 Grant. In 1995, Ruth Seigal granted a quit claim deed to Gerald and Barbara Seigal, who sold 1309 Grant that year to Ingvar and Sarah "Sally" Sodal. Ingvar Sodal, who was born and raised in Norway, was the founder and leader of the Boulder Scandinavian Dancers. According to online resources, he taught throughout the US and played a central role in Boulder's dance community. In 2014, Sarah and Ingvar Sodal sold the property to the current owners, Samuel and Hilary Hunziker.
