Wood and his wife, Michael. That year, Lockett Wood founded the company Cybermedic, Inc., a <br />manufacturer of medical products and instruments. (It later became Colorado MEDtech Inc.) <br />In 1983, Lockett Wood conveyed 1341 Cannon to Cybermedic, and in 1983, the company <br />conveyed ownership back to him. In 1992, Wood sold it to Charles and Patricia Irwin and Dennis <br />Irwin, Jr. The property was later transferred to PDI Trust, the current owner. <br />Directories for Louisville show that in the late 1970s and early 1980s, this building was the <br />location of Cybermedic.
