The Commission will need someone with professional experience in one of the
following fields: preservation, land use planning, architecture, landscape architecture,
history, geography, or anthropology. As such, staff has asked the City Council to leave
one seat vacant so that staff and members may try to recruit an applicant who meets the
requirements.
Reschedule January 19 Meeting due to Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday- Muth noted that
the January HPC meeting falls on the Martin Luther Kind holiday. She asked if members
wanted to reschedule the meeting. Members moved the meeting to the following
Monday, January 26,
Any Need to Reschedule February 16 Meeting for Presidents' Day? -Muth noted that
the February HPC meeting falls on the Presidents' Day holiday. The City is open that
day and the meeting could be held as scheduled, but as many people travel that
weekend, Muth asked members if they want to reschedule. Members rescheduled the
meeting to the following Monday, February 23.
Items from Commission Members -Possible Joint Meeting with Historic Boulder
Koertje stated members from Historic Boulder are interested in a joint meeting. He
suggested Saturday, January 10. Members stated the date would work. Koertje will
contact Historic Boulder to see if it works for them.
Muckle asked if Dan Corson had submitted any comments regarding the CLG evaluation
completed in August. Muth said she would check her files.
Discussion Items for Next Meeting -None.
Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM.
