He stated that it would be helpful if the City could be more up -front <br />about their desire to take pictures and the like. <br />Haley clarified that the process was based on the date of the demolition review. <br />Zuccaro stated that staff appreciated the comments and intended to work with <br />applicants on that basis in the future. <br />ITEMS FROM STAFF <br />Demolition & Alteration Certificate Updates <br />Selvoski summarized the demolition and alteration updates, which included the <br />subcommittee referral on 1028 Rex Street and an approval of an alteration certificate for <br />a reroof. <br />Upcoming Schedule <br />November <br />19th — HPC meeting, 6:30 PM, Council Chambers <br />December <br />17th — HPC Meeting, 6:30 PM, Council Chambers <br />January <br />15th — City Council Study Session — Historic Context Presentation <br />19th — HPC meeting, 6:30 PM, Council Chambers <br />UPDATES FROM COMMISSION <br />Chuck Thomas stated that they really needed to take up the issue of grant amounts and <br />move that along as quickly as possible. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETINGS <br />Adjourn: <br />Chuck Thomas moved to adjourn.
