Ilj Cityof <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 11th, 2018 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chair Brauneis called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />David Hsu, Vice Chair <br />Dietrich Hoefner <br />Jeff Moline <br />Keaton Howe <br />Tom Rice <br />Debra Williams <br />Commission Members Absent: None. <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir of Planning & Building Safety <br />Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />Kristin Dean, Principal Planner <br />Melinda Culley, City Attorney <br />Amelia Brackett, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moved and Williams seconded a motion to approve the October 11th, 2018 <br />agenda. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Moline moved and Hsu seconded a motion to approve the September 13th, 2018 <br />minutes. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Williams and Rice abstained due to <br />their absence at the September meeting. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />NEW BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />Christ the Servant SRU — A request for a Special Review Use to allow an exterior <br />Columbarium. (Resolution No. 14-2018). <br />• Applicant and Representative: Christ the Servant Lutheran Church <br />• Case Manager: Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />Brauneis asked for conflicts of interest.
