C. Demolition or construction contractors or landscaping companies <br />that produce and transport waste in the course of such occupation. <br />Section 15. Chapter 8 64 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to add a <br />new section 8 64 130, to read as follows. <br />Sec. 8.64.130. Hauler annual reporting. <br />A. All haulers shall submit annual reports for residential and <br />commercial refuse, recycling and compostable materials collected within the city <br />B Reports shall be submitted by January 31 of each year via Boulder <br />County's ReTRAC software or other software designated by the City <br />C. Each annual report shall include the following information. <br />1 Weight (in tons) of the following: <br />a. Landfilled Refuse; <br />b Recycling Matenals, <br />c. Compostable Matenals, <br />d. Total Landfilled Construction and Demolition <br />Matenals; and <br />Materials. <br />e. Total Recycled Construction and Demolition <br />2. The name and final destination facility(ies) of refuse, <br />recycling, compostable, and construction and demolition materials. <br />Section 16. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decision shall not affect the vandity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the <br />fact that any one part be declared invalid. <br />Section 17 The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change m whole or m <br />part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been incurred under <br />such provision, and each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining m force for the purpose <br />of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for the enforcement of <br />the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of sustaining any judgment, decree, or <br />Ordinance No. 1766, Series 2018 <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />
