The quarterly <br />performance survey will use the scores of outstanding (4), exceeds expectations (3), meets <br />expectations (2) and does not meet expectations (1) to review the contractor's performance in a <br />number of categories. If the average customer score is below 2.5 for a facility, a 5% deduction will <br />be applied to the monthly fee until the survey service score is 2.5 or better. <br />9.2 Contractor shall develop and utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System to schedule <br />and track all project work.
