• Owners procedures and security provisions <br />• OSHA required employee right to know training <br />• Adequate training to perform the work competently as defined in the specification <br />6.7 Contractor shall require employees to maintain a high level of conduct when on Owner's premises. <br />The Owner reserves the right to deny certain employees assignment to their facilities. <br />6.8 The Contractor and the Contractor's employees shall not bring firearms onto the Owner's property, <br />consume or be under the influence of drugs and /or alcohol while at work. <br />6.9 Contractor's employees will follow the Owner's smoking policy, which prohibits any smoking in a <br />public place. When Contractor's employees smoke outside a public place but on the Owner's <br />property, they must remain away from entrance areas and dispose of extinguished materials in a <br />safe manner. Littering the ground with extinguished cigarettes is not acceptable. <br />6.10 Contractor's employees are not to disturb papers and personal items on desks, use telephones for <br />personal calls or consume food and drink except in designated areas. <br />7.0 BILLING AND INVOICING <br />7.1 Any work requested by the Owner that is by its nature outside the intent and specification herein <br />contained will be billed to the Owner under separate invoice, which identifies the work accomplished <br />at the rate specified in the price sheet, and must be authorized by the appropriate City of Louisville <br />Management. The janitorial personnel requested for such extra work will be above and outside of the <br />budgeted daily scheduled personnel. <br />7.2 Invoicing will include a breakdown of all costs for each facility covered by this Agreement. Along with <br />the monthly invoice contractor will provide an employee staffing report with hours worked as per <br />Section 2.5 and 8.1 and a monthly project report as per Section 5.6 and 9.2. Contractor will use City <br />provided or approved report forms. <br />7.3 Owner will subtract from the invoice amount all work which was scheduled but not received as per <br />section 1.7 or staffing below the monthly minimum on a prorated basis. <br />8.0 CONTRACTOR MINIMUM STAFFING REQUIREMENTS <br />8.1 Contractor shall maintain minimum staffing levels as shown in the Minimum Staffing Table and will <br />provide relief personnel for absent or vacationing employees at no extra cost. Minimum scheduled <br />hours include project and floor care work. Day to day schedules may be changed to provide better <br />service with Owners's prior approval. Minimum staffing levels does not include non -cleaning <br />supervision.
