The Authority felt it would help if the police department would do follow up investigations on
police reports. The type of information that would be helpful would be if the bartender served the
person who received DUI in parking lot of Gentleman Jim's and if person was intoxicated upon
arriving at the establishment, how man drinks were served if any, etc. This type of information
would assist the Authority in deciding when a show cause hearing would be necessary. If a show
cause hearing was held, the reporting officers would be required to attend.

After discussion the Authority felt that the State Licensing Authority should be asked to step in to
investigate problem areas. The Authority will take this under consideration and discuss this at
the next meeting.

The Authority is still looking at what it would like to do as far as training and will continue to
discuss this in the future.

ADJOURNMENT

Gene Morris, Chal/m'~

Lind"ff'Salas, Authority Secretary
