Morris asked that based on the police reports that the board had before them were there any direct <br />violations of the liquor code. <br /> <br />Riggins, Police Department representative, informed the board that he had passed out a supplement <br />report to the report that was presented by the Authority Secretary. The supplemental report talks of <br />three separate counts on two people, which summons were issued. These summons were related to the <br />incident but were not issued at the time when the original report was filed. <br /> <br />Attorney explained that what the board was looking at was regulation 47-105.1, which is known as <br />"conduct of the establishment." The other provision that the board is looking at is not one of the liquor <br />board regulations, but C.R.S. 12-47-128. la and that is serving a visibly intoxicated person.
