Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />January 28, 2019 <br />Page 5of 6 <br />Police Department Reports <br />A.Incident Report –Tri City Elks –12/1/2018 <br />This incident involved a woman, later learned to have been bartending, passed <br />out in the restroom. The bar manager was cited for serving to a certain persons <br />prohibited and disorderly conduct. <br />Authority members discussed the incident. <br />Brown moved the Authority order a show cause hearing concerning service to a <br />visibly intoxicated person, appoint a special prosecutor and set it for February 25, <br />2019. Kaufman seconded. All in favor. <br />B.Incident Report –Henry’s –12/2/2018 <br />This incident involved a patron who had been told to leave the bar and was trying <br />to get back in. Authority members noted Henry’s did the right thing in this <br />instance. <br />C.Incident Report –Redgarden Restaurant –12/14/18 <br />A person was found in their car near this establishmentand appearedtobe <br />intoxicated. She reported drinking at Redgarden. The bartender was cited for <br />serving to certain persons prohibited. <br />Authority members discussed the incident. <br />Kaufman moved the Authority order a show cause hearing concerning serving to <br />a visibly intoxicated person, appoint a special prosecutor and set the hearing for <br />February 25, 2019. Brown seconded. All in favor. <br />Secretary’s Report <br />Hanson notedthe 2019 Open Government and Ethics Pamphlet was included in <br />the packet. She stated Council had appointed Kyle Brown and Elizabeth <br />Kaufman to full terms on the Licensing Authority. Ms. Kaufman will continue to <br />serve as the associate. <br />The special prosecutor requested the show cause hearing for Mudrock’s be set <br />for the February meeting and the paperwork was drafted with that date before it <br />went to the licensee. <br />Authority Attorney’s Report <br />No report. <br />Authority Comment <br /> <br />
