Bar & Grill, LICENSE NO. 10-5880%000, at 330 McCaslin Blvd., Louisville,
CO., should be suspended or revoked. At its meeting on December 18, 1995, the
Authority determined that probable cause existed to believe that the Licensee, its
managers, employees and/or agents violated one or more laws or regulations as
specified in an investigative report filed with the Authority. Therefore, the
Authority authorized the issuance of the show cause order and notice of hearing
scheduled for today.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive information, data and testimony in order
to enable the Authority to make findings and reach a conclusion as to:

a. Whether there is sufficient evidence to prove that the Licensee and
or its managers, employees, or agents violated one or more of the laws and
regulations as specified in the show cause order, and if so,

b. Whether a revocation or suspension of the Licensee's license is
appropriate.

If there is not sufficient evidence to prove the changes in the show cause order,
those charges will be dismissed.

The order of the hearing will be as follows:

a. Opening statement by the City, which is being represented by
Bruce Joss.

b. Opening statement by the licensee who is being represented by
Leonard Berenato.

c. Presentation of evidence by the City, followed by cross
examiniation by the Licensee.

d. Presentation of evidence by the Licensee, followed by cross
examination by the City.

e. Rebuttal evidence by the Licensee and City, if any.

f. Closing statements by the City, followed by closing statements by
the Licensee.

If the Authority determines that one or more of the charges have been proven, the
City and Licensee will be permitted to make nay statements in aggravation,
explanation, or mitigation.

I reserve the right to limit testimony or cross examination which is cumulative,
